When I first walked in a couple weeks ago, it didn't look like much, but it was awesome getting to set everything up and decorate.

I am working in KGA with another teacher named Christina. She has been teaching at QAW for a couple of years and she seems great! The kids move around a ton throughout the day because there are so many specials and because it is a bilingual school, so they spend a lot of time in Arabic instruction.

The school week here is Sunday-Thursday. I guess it's now TGIT!

The school has a lot of technology for us to use including Mac computers for all of the classrooms, iPads to check out, and smart boards in every classroom. There are a lot of cultural differences but the kids were all very sweet and eager to be at school.
